Pear brandy Zufanek is a fine quality spirit with an alcohol content of 45%, produced from Clapp and Williams varieties of pears. Whole content of alcohol comes just from pears, there is no ethanol or aroma added. That makes Pear Brandy (or Hruskovica in original) one of the best pear spirit on current market !
