General conditions
b. No person younger than 15 years is allowed to become a member of the partnership and if the partner is an individual, no more than 1 registered account is allowed.
c. Personal data of the partner received during the registration are processed by the company ZUSY Ltd. The data is accessible only by authorized persons - i.e. company employees – and will by no means be provided to any other individuals or companies.
d. Partner expresses approval with processing of his or her personal data in the framework of Goodmood.cz partnership at the time of registration
COMMISSION
* Entrepreneur will provide the partner
with commission from any executed purchase provided this is done by access of
the partner’s link. The current
commission has been determined 3% of the overall price of the purchase! For
technical reasons it is necessary that, if the commission shall be acknowledged,
partner allows cookies on his or her computer. The cookies are valid for 40
days.
* Commission application is possible only if partner’s account in terms of the
partnership program reaches balance of at least 30€. Maximum limits of
commission are not fixed.
* Entrepreneur will secure that the partner has full access to the server
providing online results of his or her promoting activities – that is: amount
of clicks, orders as well as height of contemporary commission. In this interface
he or she is allowed to apply for disbursement of the commission.
